- Vendor check-in: 9:45 AM on Saturday, December 5.
- Setup: 9:45–10:45 AM. The market opens at 11 AM.
- Booth size: 10 × 10 feet.
- Equipment: Bring your own table and tent.
- Product policy: Mass-market products are strictly prohibited.
- Booth assignment: Stephens Valley will handle booth placements.
- Weather: This outdoor market takes place rain or shine.
